Illustrations.....
I just found these illustrations on this blog (Miettes) I cannot read it and they are from an illustrator who's name I can't read and who's website I can't read. But they are amazing.
Illustrations by Mememo? I think.
They are very inspirational to me. I especially love the colors. Okay I am off the the beach... I am hoping to have a better day today than yesterday.
We will see...... it looks like it might rain.

End of Summer... Lets Have a Party Dresses

Sooooo sad that summer is about to end. Its not actually about to end. Not until September 22. But with school starting up next week it sure feels like its over. So to prolong summer a little longer here are some perfect dresses to go out with a bang!

Gilmore Girls
I am not going to lie... I loved the Gilmore Girls. I used to watch it every Tuesday night. I had to bribe my then boyfriend- now husband- with friendlies reeses blizzards to sit through it with me. I haven't watched it in two years. But since I have this week off from work and we gave up our blockbuster membership and we don't have any television or cable just a DVD and a VCR I busted out the third season of the Gilmore's and I am loving it.

Ruffle Shade...
I was bored with some things in my apartment so I found a lamp... I think it was in
Pauly's car and then I re-did the shade....
I think it came out rather well.
Yes, my husband sleeps in a pink and brown stripped room with a ruffly lamp shade.
And pink sheets....

And here and more tomatoes and a cucumber from my garden.
Yes, I am still very proud of myself.
They are really good organic tomatoes.
And its rained so much that a lot of people lost their gardens this year, which means my garden is magical cause I have no idea what I am doing and I grew veggies!
Either that or my father snuck into the garden and poured miracle grow all over the place so my veggies would grow......
or he goes to Stop & Shop and buys new veggies that he glues in my garden everyday so that I won't be sad to figure out that I am a bad gardener.
I will have to ask him.

Today
Today I am working on some new fancy hair things and I harvested a zucchini and two little deformed cucumbers from my garden I am so excited... some of my tomatoes are turning darker orange.... I am also working on some mini art for some arts and crafts fairs in the next few months.
Here are a few new hair things I made today... I have to finish attaching come clips and I need a model then they will be up for sale on my Etsy shop..... A few more items and I can actually do some advertising.
My very first zucchini and cucumber I ever grew in my entire 28 years! I may have jumped the gun on harvesting this cucumber but its okay. I ate the other cucumber and it was delicious.
I love these new little art packs. How cute are they?
I mean I totally could have made these myself but I love the idea of being able to buy these mini art supplies.
I can't help it they are cute.
